Biography 

Caroline is one of our Client Service Associates. She is the first person to welcome you when you walk through our doors. Caroline supports all facets of the operation and administration of client accounts, including the opening of new accounts, money movements, and assisting clients with questions and requests.

Education and Certifications

Educated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from Middle Tennessee State University, Caroline brings a passion for organization and quality. Before joining Proffitt & Goodson, Caroline served as an Operations Manager for a local construction company and has a background in dental treatment coordination. Caroline is also available to serve our clients as a Notary Public.

With great care and attention to detail, Caroline ensures that every client is treated with respect and excellence.

Outside of Proffitt & Goodson,

Caroline enjoys spending time with her husband, Blake, her two daughters, Laurie Kate and Hallie, and her son Jude. She loves hiking, kayaking, playing piano, teaching voice lessons, and baking.
