Biography 

Meet Erin, our dedicated Client Service Associate, expertly managing all aspects of client account administration and associated financial transactions. From the seamless opening of new accounts to addressing client inquiries and requests, Erin is the linchpin of our client support.

Education and Certifications 

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Erin brings academic prowess to her role. Prior to joining Proffitt & Goodson, she spent five years at the University of Tennessee’s Haslam College of Business, reaching the pinnacle as the lead administrator for the Department of Supply Chain Management. Erin's professional journey also includes valuable experience in non-profit organizations and the mortgage and title industry.

Outside of ProffittGoodson 

Beyond her professional endeavors, Erin has been heavily involved in community service. She has served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate, volunteered for the Foster Care Review Board, contributed as a youth coach and board member for AYSO Soccer, and served as President of the Optimist Club of Knoxville. Erin's commitment extends beyond the office, making her a well-rounded asset to both our team and the community.
